Stress and anxiety can ruin your day! Sometimes we need an hour or so to acknowledge everything going on and give our mind something else to think about! Thankfully, this yoga class will help you let it all go and focus on your health and well-being. We begin with ten to fifteen minutes devoted to awareness of the body, breath, and mental chatter. Recognizing what’s happening with your body is one of the keys to letting go. We then introduce an affirmation that gives your mind something positive and empowering to grasp. Then we’ll move through yoga postures for about forty-five minutes, focusing on the areas where we tend to hold the most stress and upset feelings. We end our time together with a fifteen-minute relaxation and enjoy a guided meditation that helps us complete the process of soothing our minds and emotions.
