Jayne Reynolds – Nutritionist

As a self-labeled foodie, I am a Board Certified Holistic Nutritionist® who is committed to helping individuals protect their mental health and recover from addiction. I battled crippling anxiety, depression, and brain fog for six years before discovering that my food choices and targeted nutritional therapies were the keys to my healing. I obtained my Certification in Holistic Nutrition through the Energetic Health Institute in 2016. In 2017, I received my Board Certification through the National Association of Nutrition Professionals. After that, in 2021, I received my qualification as a Level I Certified Nutrition Recovery Coach through the Academy for Addiction and Mental Health Nutrition. I use my platform to educate the connection between nutrition, gut health, and brain health. I have spoken at Leading Age Arizona and teach across the Phoenix area. I also provide a guest lecture annually for Dr. Terry at Grand Canyon University. I founded the Abundant Life Nutrition and Wellness Center in 2016, which I now run with my partner, Kelly Calkins. I am passionate about supporting individuals as they pursue a holistic approach to recovering their mental health. As a Mum of three daughters, I live in Mesa, AZ, with my husband of 27 years. I love British movies, my dog, Maverick, and time spent communing with nature.

We help people restore their health with tested and proven practices and processes to experience an energetic, joyful, balanced, and abundant life.
