Chair/Balance Yoga

Are you committed to feeling better? If you want to be stronger, more flexible, improve your balance physically and emotionally, chair/balance yoga is for you. This group is open to ages 18 to 110 and all levels of physical activity.
As a gentle group for people beginning yoga or those with emotional and health conditions, poses are primarily done by sitting, standing using the back of a chair, and free-standing. We will work on improving strength, flexibility, balance, and range of motion. Only your feet will touch the floor.
In every group, we will cover the entire body with time for individual requests from students for work on a particular part of their anatomy. During group, I will use a variety of props to make it fun and exciting.
With consistent attendance, you will notice an improvement in your five bodies; physically, mentally, spiritually, energetically, and emotionally.
