Cindy Wilson

Hello and Welcome! I am Cindy Wilson, Psychotherapist, and Business Transformation Coach.

My passion is helping individuals discover their joy for life by eliminating the physical and emotional barriers resulting from trauma that creates havoc in their lives, relationships, and careers.

My Story

After suffering from chronic fatigue and depression throughout my life, I was finally diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder. I know what it’s like to spend thousands of dollars on treatments and medications that aren’t helpful. I learned the hard way the importance of discovering the root causes of the symptoms one is experiencing vs. putting a band-aid on them temporarily. I also learned the importance of having a knowledgeable team guiding the healing process, including a medical and business model that is holistic vs. narrow-minded.

Since then, I have trained using an integrative approach treating trauma and mental health issues, including mindfulness training, nutrition, stabilizing the sympathetic nervous system that causes the fight, flight, or freeze mode resulting in anxiety and balancing the circadian rhythms, which helps with sleep.

I genuinely believe the essentials of healing and health are discovering the core causes, developing a plan tailored to each individual, and prioritizing developing healthy lifestyle routines.

My Background and Training I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Arizona and have worked as a psychotherapist for over 35 years. I am also a Certified Mental Health Integrative Medicine Provider, which allows me to use nutrition, food, amino acids, and other alternative methods to treat mental and emotional issues. I trained in E.M.D.R., an approach used for trauma, The Enneagram Personality Assessment, and Kinesiology using muscle testing to determine core issues and effective treatment modalities. I also trained in transformational business coaching. I offer programs helping service-based business owners reclaim their passion and energy to thrive in their life and business.

I have extensive training and experience working with trauma, addictions, anxiety, A.D.H.D., other mental health issues, chronic fatigue, chronic pain, and other autoimmune disorders.

If you feel we would be a good fit, call me at 480-234-3402 to set up an appointment. You may also go to my website at www.livinglifeboldly.com to learn more about the programs I offer.
